Job Summary:
Admin & Inventory Supervisor will manage administrative functions and oversee inventory control, with a focus on auditing and data analysis. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining accurate inventory records, and leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits of inventory and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze data related to inventory levels, purchases, and administrative functions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory, purchases, and administrative activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for inventory and administrative transactions.
- Lead and support the administrative and inventory team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address team issues.
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative and inventory processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and inventory management, with a background in audit and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
