Job Summary:

Admin & Inventory Supervisor will manage administrative functions and oversee inventory control, with a focus on auditing and data analysis. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining accurate inventory records, and leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Perform regular audits of inventory and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze data related to inventory levels, purchases, and administrative functions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and performance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory, purchases, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for inventory and administrative transactions.
  • Lead and support the administrative and inventory team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and address team issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements in administrative and inventory processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and inventory management, with a background in audit and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
