Operations Division / Senior Specialist

The Senior Operations Specialist in an Investment company is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes, systems, and procedures related to investment transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling preparation of operational reports and compliance with customer accounts;
• Post-transaction checking of securities and reconciliation of bank accounts and control of compliance with positions;
• Preparation of monthly portfolio reports;
• Preparation of reports for the day-to-day oversight body;
• Responding to inquiries related to customer reports;
• Controlling transferring transaction documents and information to the accounting team;
• Custody bank reconciliation.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting;
• Work experience in capital market and with correspondent accounts;
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Accuracy and efficiency;
• Ability to work individually and as a team;
• Excellent knowledge of the Azerbaijani language and professional English and Russian;
• Computer skills - MS Office.
