About the job Operations Division / Specialist
The Specialist of Operations Division oversees and optimizes operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of operational reports and compliance with customer accounts;
- Post-transaction checking of securities and bank accounts and control of compliance with positions;
- Preparation of monthly customer reports;
- Preparation of reports for the day-to-day oversight body;
- Responding to inquiries related to customer reports;
- Transferring transaction documents and information to the accounting team.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting;
- Work experience or internship in a similar type of activity;
- Ability to work in money transfer systems;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Accuracy and efficiency;
- Ability to work individually and as a team;
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
- Excellent knowledge of the Azerbaijani language and professional English;
- Computer skills - MS Office.
