About the job Operations Division / Specialist

The Specialist of Operations Division oversees and optimizes operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of operational reports and compliance with customer accounts;
  • Post-transaction checking of securities and bank accounts and control of compliance with positions;
  • Preparation of monthly customer reports;
  • Preparation of reports for the day-to-day oversight body;
  • Responding to inquiries related to customer reports;
  • Transferring transaction documents and information to the accounting team.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting;
  • Work experience or internship in a similar type of activity;
  • Ability to work in money transfer systems;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Accuracy and efficiency;
  • Ability to work individually and as a team;
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Azerbaijani language and professional English;
  • Computer skills - MS Office.
