An L&D Specialist excels at identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organisation and creates flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the training needs of employees;
• Planning and implementing action plans to enhance the professional level of employees through training;
• Conducting assessments for newly hired professionals and providing feedback on their scientific and intellectual levels;
• Planning and conducting monthly training activities in accordance with the defined budget and annual training plan;
• Organizing various types of training sessions and seminars, directly participating in knowledge delivery;
• Studying and applying advanced experience in the training process;
• Evaluating the results of conducted trainings and more;
• Participating in the internal trainer development program;
• Analyzing employees professional development progress using effective, timely, and accurate data collection techniques;
• Handling certificate issuance;
• Participating in organizing trainings, reserving venue, meal breaks, preparing training materials.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the field;
• Ability to solve tasks in a timely manner;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other legislation related to Human Resources;
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Language proficiency: ability to freely communicate and write in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
