Risk Management Division / Head

Responsible for implementing and overseeing comprehensive risk assessment strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving proactive risk mitigation initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Proposing proposals for the selection and application of methods and models for identifying, assessing and managing potential risks on the way to strategic goals, as well as participating in decision-making;
• Make models on management, minimization and prevention of credit, market and liquidity and operational risks and participate in activities in this direction;
• Preparation of necessary reports in the process of credit, market and liquidity and operational risk management, collection of information on key risk indicators and analysis;
• Identifying potential credit, market and liquidity and operational risks and making suggestions for new products and services;
• Participating in creating a risk map of the company's risks and implementing an ongoing monitoring process;
• Carrying out awareness-raising activities in the structural units in order to increase the risk culture in the company.

Requirements:

• Economic or financial education;
• Experience: Minimum required work experience 5 years, 3 year for risk management function;
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Statistical programs;
• Ability to work fluently in Azerbaijani, Russian and English: including professional business communication, documentation and correspondence;
• Other requirements: Technical-analytical knowledge;
• Knowledge of legislation, documentation: Prudential requirements and rules in financial institutions;
• Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained CFA or FRM certification results.
