Responsible Officer

The incumbent will act as a Responsible Officer (RO) who will work very closely with the CEO and Co-founder in managing the business and crafting the China market strategies. The main task would be to ensure that operations and investments are compliant with MAS regulations. You will work with an independent Compliance member (>30 years’ experience) as well. Other key tasks would include KYC, on-boarding of new clients and client relationship management/ business development.
