Seasonal Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Partners in Staffing is hiring a Seasonal Commercial Roofing Service Technician for an established client in the commercial roofing industry.

If you have roofing, construction, or similar hands-on experience and enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you! We're looking for someone dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working at heights.

What You'll Do

• Inspect commercial flat roofs and identify repair and maintenance needs.
• Help troubleshoot roof leaks and other roofing issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen.
• Complete service calls at commercial customer locations.
• Photograph roof conditions and completed work, and document recommended repairs.
• Communicate repair needs, technical issues, and jobsite concerns to leadership.
• Load, unload, organize, and track tools, equipment, and materials.
• Properly use and maintain ladders, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Accurately record work hours and complete service documentation.
• Provide professional, respectful service at customer locations.
• Support other technicians and roofing crews as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial roofing experience preferred; construction, general labor, or related hands-on experience may be considered.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, or other commercial roofing systems is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely work on rooftops and at various heights.
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Comfort working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
