Industrial Sanitation Crew 3rd Shift

Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM - 6:30 AM (Friday morning)
Location: Food Manufacturing Facility near Downtown Grand Rapids

A fast-paced, hands-on role with a small, close-knit company that values its team like family. This position focuses on maintaining top-tier cleanliness and food safety standards in an industrial food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize industrial production and packaging equipment
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for thorough sanitation
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines (SQF standards)
• Handle cleaning chemicals properly and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Industrial sanitation experience is required (Janitorial or housekeeping experience does NOT qualify)
• Previous food manufacturing sanitation experience is preferred
• Comfortable working in a wet, cold, and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
