WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Due to growth and future plans, our client is adding a Foreman to lead and support their roofing crews. This role is essential to ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. The right candidate will lead by example, coach and develop their team, and hold themselves and others accountable to high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Support the Team
Provide clear direction and leadership to crew members.
Train, coach, and develop team members to help them grow and improve.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Maintain Safety and Compliance
Ensure all work is performed following safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct safety checks and ensure proper use of equipment.
Manage Daily Operations
Oversee daily roofing projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Ensure Strong Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact on the job site.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and leadership.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and professional experience.
