Assistant E&M Manager - MVAC

Reward Condition: Probation Pass

Referrer Award: HKD 12,000 OR

Applicant Award: HKD 5,000

Responsibilities:

• Material and drawing submission to E&M consultant
  
• Prepare concealed conduit layout and builder's work drawing 
  
• Manage plant room arrangement drawing submission
  
• Handle pump head and fan static calculation
  
• Assist in EMSD Building energy code submission
  
• Monitor sub-contractors’ installation progress according to the layout drawing
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in E&M / MVAC / building services coordination / installation in E&M contractor
• Skilled in Autocad is a must 
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Candidates with more experience / academic qualification / chartered membership will be considered as E&M Manager
