Senior Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management, coordination and progress monitoring
• Support smooth and timely completion of construction / structural work
• Support all aspects of site works such as material handling, site coordination
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and other departments and main a good working relationship with all parties
• Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation
• Assign, coordinate and supervise the project coordinator / assistant project coordinator to perform the relevant work
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering,
• Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 6 years’ relevant experiences in building construction with 3 years or more holding a position of PC or above
• Professional qualifications such as MHKIE, MAIB, MCIOB, MHKICM or equivalent preferred
