BIM Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the BIM team for planning and delivering the projects with proper deployment and budgeting 
• Develop & Implement BIM strategies, execution plans, quality control, workflows that can meet the BIM standards and contract requirements 
• Plan and facilitate BIM trainings for internal staffs
• Provide guidance on BIM technology development and implementation

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above in either Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services or equivalent academic qualification
• Sound knowledge in BIM software and relevant standards
• Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM implementation in building construction projects
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry, within which at least 3 years should be in managerial level in a BIM Team
• Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling or CIC-Certified BIM Manager or equivalent professional qualification
• HKIBIM Certified Expert Level 1 and Level 2 or Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent professional qualification
