Senior Building Engineer

Reward Condition: Probation Pass

Referrer Award: HKD 10,000 OR

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management, coordination and progress monitoring
• Support smooth and timely completion of construction / structural work
• Support all aspects of site works such as material handling, site coordination
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and other departments and main a good working relationship with all parties
• Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation
• Assign, coordinate and supervise the project coordinator / assistant project coordinator to perform the relevant work
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Building Engineering or equivalent and preferably with professional membership
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in project coordination, progress monitoring and supervision of builder works
• Previous experience in ASD design and build project is an advantage
• Proactive, good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
