Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Purchase Requisition Form with details including the brand name, type, specification, quantity and the required delivery time
• Check and inspect materials as per Material Inspection Checklist, Architect’ approval and Contract Specification
• Record material/tools inventory and prepare the summary for all hand tools/equipment use on site
• Prepare and keep daily material delivery record and delivery orders
• Prepare monthly concrete and rebar use record and submit to Project Management Team and Purchasing Department, to monitor material usage under allowable wastage
• Regularly check inventory stock and maintain accurate record for material inspection, dispatch and inventory
• Follow corporate policy to manage remaining stocks

Job Requirement:

• Certificate in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• 2 years’ relevant experiences in building construction
