E&M Engineer - Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review design information status and coordinate with consultants to expedite issuance of outstanding design based on program requirements
• Assist in scheduling of submission of CSD, CBW, builders works drawings, shop drawings, technical data, material samples and monitor its status
• Participate in the CSD and CBW working sessions with sub-contractors to resolve the conflicts and identify and expedite resolution of design problems
• Liaise with building services sub-contractors to develop and maintain installation program, sequence of works, interfacing, and resolve potential issues and conflicts during installation
• Carry out site inspection to monitor the quality standard, progress, and safety standard of the building services installation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in BS/Air-conditioning /Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent  
• 3 years’ relevant experience in E&M / building services coordination / installation
• Experience in E&M Contractors is preferred 
• Sound knowledge in relevant statutory regulations
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site co-ordination 
• Candidates with more experience / academic qualification will be considered as Senior E&M Engineer
