Project Quantity Surveyor

Company Sector: Main Contractor 

Reward Condition: Probation Pass

Referrer Award: HKD 12,000 OR

Applicant Award: HKD 5,000 

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the assigned projects, including but not limited to:
• Prepare and monitor the budgets and costing 
• Measure and evaluate sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts
• Review documentation, identify value variations, deal with the subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records 

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies
• 4 years of relevant working experience in building projects
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills 
• Familiar with QS documents handling, cost analysis, claims
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
