Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining BIM models and producing 2D, 3D, 4D deliverables for building construction projects
• Responsible for coordination and assistance in BIM implementation projects
• Ensure the accurate asset information in the BIM model for hand-over submission
• Create sample library
• Report to management team regarding BIM coordination progress on the BIM projects
• Monitor and report performance at Project level against agreed plans
• Any ad-hoc tasks as supervisor assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Holder of BIM Design Certificate is a must 
• At least 2 years solid experience in BIM modeling for building construction or civil engineering projects
• Proficient in using BIM software, such as Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD, etc.
