Site Engineer - Building

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor sub-contractor by established drawing and program schedule
• Assist in drafting and submission request form for sample of material
• Arrange structural material testing, conduct and submit relevant reports
• Monitor the loss of structural material and building material
• Carry out the inspection with resident consultant and sub-contractor
• Draft notice of rectification and site memorandum for sub-contractor
• Attend the progress meeting
• Maintain and update the site structural work quality record, prepare internal and external audit properly, ensure none or least unconformable situation
• Liaise with Compliance Department to inspect, quality control and self-inspect based on the complied site overall quality assurance and safety plan

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• Member of HKIE will be an advantage
• Minimum 4 years experiences in Building Construction
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
