Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning and programming
• Prepare technical proposals for pre-qualification and tender submissions, including tender program, method statements, site layout plans etc.
• Attend pre-tender briefings, site visits and tender interviews
• Prepare monthly report of work progress summary
• Coordinate with other departments for necessary technical input and work progress such as temporary works design, buildability advice, plant and logistic arrangement etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Building Construction and experiences in Planning and Programming is preferred
• Familiar with the use of Planning software, e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P3/ P6
