Assistant Brand Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Brand Executive to support our Phoenix team with in-person brand representation and promotional initiatives. This opportunity is designed for a motivated professional who wants to develop leadership, communication, and brand experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of in-person brand initiatives
• Represent assigned brands at promotional events and retail locations
• Help coordinate promotional activities with the team
• Interact directly with customers and event attendees
• Support product presentations and demonstrations
• Help ensure brand standards are consistently represented
• Assist with training and guiding newer team members
• Help coordinate event preparation and daily assignments
• Track daily campaign objectives and team progress
• Work closely with leadership to support successful promotional programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Confident working with customers and teams
• Organized, dependable, and motivated
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Must be available for on-site work in Phoenix
