Position Overview

The Retail Staff Associate supports daily retail operations by assisting customers, maintaining store organization, and ensuring a positive on-site experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Support daily retail operations, including stocking and organizing merchandise.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area.

• Assist with point-of-sale transactions as needed.

• Follow company procedures and operational guidelines.

• Communicate customer needs or concerns to supervisors.
