Team Leader

We are seeking a confident and motivated Team Leader to help guide our promotional team in Phoenix. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, leading by example, and creating a positive, energetic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team during promotional campaigns and events
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout daily activities
• Help coordinate team assignments and event responsibilities
• Assist with training new team members
• Monitor daily team goals and provide coaching when needed
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming event environment
• Communicate campaign expectations clearly to team members
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Work closely with management to improve team performance
