Marketing & Promotions Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our growing Phoenix team. This is an entry-level, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, representing brands, and being part of a fast-paced promotional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-person promotional campaigns and community events
• Welcome customers and create positive interactions
• Explain products, services, and current promotions to customers
• Support promotional activities at retail locations and special events
• Help prepare promotional materials and event displays
• Assist with setting up and breaking down promotional areas
• Work alongside the team to achieve daily campaign goals
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all assigned events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No previous marketing experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be available to work on-site in Phoenix
