Event Setup Staff

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable and energetic Event Setup Staff to support promotional events and in-person brand activations. This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up promotional areas before events
• Prepare event spaces so they are clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support team members during event activities
• Help maintain organized promotional areas throughout events
• Assist with breaking down event displays after activities conclude
• Follow event setup guidelines and safety procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Provide general support during promotional events as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with hands-on event setup
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Strong teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions carefully
• Must be available for on-site work in Phoenix
