Regional Manager

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality architectural panels and steel products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales performance of our company in a designated region. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the designated region.

- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.

- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.

- Monitor and manage the regional budget to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
