We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and efficient Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of executives. Serve as a liaison between executives and other teams or external partners.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring quick access to critical information. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Travel Arrangements: Book and coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives, ensuring smooth and cost-effective travel arrangements.
Project Management: Assist in managing special projects, tracking deadlines, and following up on key milestones to ensure timely completion.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs and solve problems independently, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism in all situations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, supporting senior-level executives.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
