We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the data migration process within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the transfer of data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the process. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing existing data structures and identifying data sources for migration.
• Developing and implementing data migration strategies and methodologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Creating detailed documentation for data mapping, migration processes, and validation procedures.
• Conducting data cleansing and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Executing data migration tasks, including extraction, loading, and transformation (ELT).
• Performing data quality checks and validation post-migration to ensure successful transfer.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the migration process.
• Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and data access.
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing migration processes for efficiency.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Experience with data migration tools and methodologies, as well as knowledge of database management systems, is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.
