About the job Licensed Therapist for Vegas Inpatient Facility
A small boutique adolescent residential treatment facility dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with mental health disorders. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where our residents can thrive and work towards their recovery goals. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced fully licensed Therapist with a background in adolescent/teens mental health treatment to join our clinical team.
Position Overview: The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, family and group therapy to residents, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other members of the clinical team to ensure holistic and effective care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Individual and Group Therapy:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with residents to address their mental health needs and support their therapeutic goals.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and address common issues among residents.
- Treatment Planning:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Set measurable goals and objectives for each resident, and regularly review and update treatment plans as needed.
- Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with the clinical team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to provide integrated care for residents.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on therapeutic work.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapeutic sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Family Involvement:
- Engage with residents' families to provide education, support, and resources to facilitate the overall treatment process.
- Conduct family therapy sessions as needed to address family dynamics and support the resident's treatment goals.
- Crisis Intervention:
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, including risk assessments and developing safety plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, Marriage social work, counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW
- Minimum of 1 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, preferably in a residential or hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
