Job Summary:


Responsibilities (don)

For Registered Nurse (RN):

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

* Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

* Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals.

* Supervise and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.

* Provide education and support to residents and their families.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

* Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care.

For Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and toileting.

* Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant data.

* Provide personal care and emotional support to residents.

* Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.

* Report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.

* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

* Assist with meal service and feeding as needed.

For Dietary Manager:

* Plan and prepare nutritious and appealing meals for residents, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

* Supervise dietary staff and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

* Manage inventory and order food and supplies.

* Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents.

* Monitor residents' nutritional status and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address any concerns.

* Maintain accurate records of food production and inventory.

* Ensure that kitchen equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:
