Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director with a strong background in social media marketing to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base through strategic partnerships with doctor offices and medical facilities across four key states. This is an in-person role based in Lakewood, NJ, requiring frequent travel to build and nurture these critical relationships.The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, with a particular emphasis on leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, exceptional interpersonal skills, an ambitious, go-getter attitude, and a proven sales record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with doctor offices, pediatricians, hospitals, and other medical facilities in designated states to secure client referrals.
- Social Media Marketing Leadership: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads. Oversee content creation for all social media platforms, ensuring it is compelling, informative, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Team Leadership: Potentially build and manage a small marketing or sales team as the company grows.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and sales channels.
- Sales Collateral Development: Create and manage high-quality sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Networking & Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
Qualifications:Willingness and ability to travel frequently to four designated states.Experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets.Demonstrate strong background and expertise in social media marketing, including strategy development, content creation, platform management, and analytics.Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health sector preferred.Must be within commuting distance of the Lakewood, NJ area.
