We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vacation Booking Specialist to join our team. As a Vacation Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all client requests are met and that their vacation experience exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their vacation needs and preferences

- Research and recommend vacation packages, destinations, and activities based on client's budget and preferences

- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services for clients

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to ensure all bookings are confirmed and accurate

- Process payments and manage client invoices

- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel policies and procedures

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a booking or customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessary
