Maintenance Technician - 2 SHIFTS

Job responsibility

As a technician, you are responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of the

machines and technical installations. You perform daily checks and intervene at the

slightest malfunction or deviation. Your goal is to keep everything running like a well-

oiled machine, so that the potatoes are smoothly and automatically peeled, cut, and

packaged. You work closely with your colleagues and are in contact with the team

leader in case of malfunctions. You maintain the machines with the appropriate

equipment and according to strict safety regulations.

Profile description

- You are technically talented and passionate about technology - You have an A2
-EU CITIZENSHIP

education in a technical field or can rely on several years of experience as a technician -

You have knowledge of mechanics and electricity and preferably also experience in the

food industry - You are willing to work in the fixed night shift from Monday to Friday (9

PM - 5 AM) - You are a team player who works closely with your colleagues to ensure

the machines operate optimally

The company

Our client is a Belgian company with headquarters in Harelbeke (Belgium) and

additional production sites in Nazareth (Belgium) and Tilburg (Netherlands). They

specialize in the manufacturing of frozen and pre-fried potato products. They offer an

extremely varied assortment that, in addition to fries, also contains numerous derivative

products. Moreover, a tailor-made solution can be developed for each customer.
