Tech Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AS400 System Analyst with expertise in Silverlake Deposits, AS400/DB2, RPG, and COBOL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Release Management and Quality Assurance, ensuring smooth deployments and high-quality system performance in banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Release Management processes, ensuring seamless deployment of system updates and enhancements.
• Oversee Quality Assurance to maintain system integrity and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications on AS400 (IBM iSeries) using RPG and COBOL.
• Work closely with business teams to ensure Silverlake Deposits functionalities meet operational needs.
• Conduct impact analysis for system releases and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation of new enhancements and system changes.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and business users to optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
• Maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, test cases, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with AS400, DB2, RPG, and COBOL.
• Hands-on expertise in Silverlake Deposits systems.
• Experience in Release Management and Quality Assurance processes.
• Strong understanding of core banking applications and deposit management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AS400-based financial applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
