Job Title :Junior Application Consultant

Job Purpose

•  Implement & perform module setup for Rymnet HRMS
•  Conduct requirement study, training & UAT session
•  Coordinate with internal Tech Development team on Customization
•  Provide support to end user to troubleshoot technical and functional issues

Principal Accountabilities

•  Ensure project deliver according to the agreed timeline & scope
•  Ensure all control document is properly documented
•  Ensure the result is correct for Parallel Run & UAT
•  Support, coordinate and feedback to client within SLA
•  Ensure accurate handover to Customer Support upon Client readiness.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors Degree and above in Computing and Software Development
• related.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software.
• At least 1 year in full cycle web application development

Preferred (added advantage):

• Programming knowledge
• IT System logical process and flow
• Familiarity with HR Management System
• Good Networking with external customers

Technical Competencies:

• Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
• SQL knowledge
• Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure
