SAP CRM Consultant 3

The SAP CRM Consultant shall:

(a) Coordinate and prepare status reporting for the respective Functional team and identify key information that requires Clients management attention.

(b) Provide functional advisory for SAP CRM modules related operational Change Requests and validate with Business Process Owner.

(c) Review, discuss delivery issues, and prioritize improvement activity for functional scope in consultation with Client.

(d) Develop/Update Functional Design (FD) document and perform Development Acceptance Test (DAT) for in-scope Operational Change Requests.

(e) Provide functional solutions for operational Change Requests requirements and validate with Business Process Owner.
