Key responsibilities

• Expertise on all different Wintel Technologies and OS related applications include Microsoft Hyper-V, File Server, Clustering, load balancing, DNS, DHCP, ISCSI and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
• Installation and configuration of Active Directory domain controllers.
• Perform AD server configuration as per customer standard.
• Manage the system properties, group policies and services on active directory domain structure.
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting
• Expertise on all different Linux OS (Redhat , Centos)
• Implementation and administration of Samba Active Directory
• Good Understanding of IP based platforms and addressing include DHCP, DNS and WINS services
• Performing daily health checks for Microsoft and Various type of virtualization product (Hyper-V and Linux)
• Responsible for decommissioning server from the production environment by involving different application teams
• To provide problem diagnosis and resolution related to Microsoft & Virtualization issue
• To lead the technical support recovery activities following failure, including disaster recovery
• To provide advice & guidance to other groups on technical and operational issues
• To provide incident & services fulfilment and support Microsoft & Virtualization products related issue
• To conduct change management task related to support Microsoft & Virtualization
• To conduct patch management activity on Microsoft Wintel services (Physical Server or VMs) 

Preferred skills:

• Windows 2012/2019 Active Directory working knowledge
• MCSE certification
• Red Hat Certified Engineer- RHCE
• Virtualization certification. Preferable is RHCVA & VMware
• RHEL, RHV and windows server administration.
