Job Title: Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Coordination:

  • Lead planning, scope definition, and timelines for projects.​
  • Act as the primary coordinator, aligning specialists, vendors, and internal teams for on-schedule deployments.​

Deployment Oversight:

  • Managed project budget and coordinate internal procurement processes.​
  • Oversee hardware delivery, configuration, and on-site activities.​
  • Ensure proper installation, documentation, and compliance with project requirements.​

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors for seamless integration and timely execution.​
  • Manage stakeholder communications and updates, addressing project needs and expectations.​

Project Handover

  • Manage quality testing and UAT, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining sign-off on deliverables.​
  • Ensure smooth project handover to support teams, providing documentation and any necessary post-installation support.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in project management, Engineering, or related field.​
  2. Experience managing technical projects. Ideally involving deployment of IoT, video surveillance and/or networking technologies.​
  3. Proven ability in coordinating large-scale hardware and network-based projects.​
  4. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.​
  5. Strong vendor management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
