Job Title: Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Lead planning, scope definition, and timelines for projects.
- Act as the primary coordinator, aligning specialists, vendors, and internal teams for on-schedule deployments.
Deployment Oversight:
- Managed project budget and coordinate internal procurement processes.
- Oversee hardware delivery, configuration, and on-site activities.
- Ensure proper installation, documentation, and compliance with project requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for seamless integration and timely execution.
- Manage stakeholder communications and updates, addressing project needs and expectations.
Project Handover
- Manage quality testing and UAT, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining sign-off on deliverables.
- Ensure smooth project handover to support teams, providing documentation and any necessary post-installation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in project management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing technical projects. Ideally involving deployment of IoT, video surveillance and/or networking technologies.
- Proven ability in coordinating large-scale hardware and network-based projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong vendor management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
