Technical Sales Consultant
Job Summary:
The Technical Sales Consultant will develop strategic partnerships, train sales teams, and conduct product demonstrations. The role involves pre-sales support, competitor analysis, and proposal preparation to generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partner relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Train and manage partner sales teams on product knowledge.
- Conduct product updates for internal sales teams.
- Analyze competitor products to identify market opportunities.
- Present Profile products to C-level executives, partners, and end-users.
- Qualify leads and support sales teams in closing deals.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs and deliver product demonstrations.
- Guide proof-of-concept (POC) implementations.
- Provide HR and product expertise to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in technical sales or pre-sales, preferably in HRMS/ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and product positioning.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Salary & Hiring Timeline:
- Salary Range: RM4,500 RM6,000
- Target Hire Date: Within 1 month
