Technical Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Consultant will develop strategic partnerships, train sales teams, and conduct product demonstrations. The role involves pre-sales support, competitor analysis, and proposal preparation to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partner relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Train and manage partner sales teams on product knowledge.
  • Conduct product updates for internal sales teams.
  • Analyze competitor products to identify market opportunities.
  • Present Profile products to C-level executives, partners, and end-users.
  • Qualify leads and support sales teams in closing deals.
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Guide proof-of-concept (POC) implementations.
  • Provide HR and product expertise to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years in technical sales or pre-sales, preferably in HRMS/ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Salary & Hiring Timeline:

  • Salary Range: RM4,500 RM6,000
  • Target Hire Date: Within 1 month
