We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to support our sales efforts, focusing on Staffing (Permanent and Contract roles esp. on IT and Business related roles)
Responsibilities
- Support company sales efforts, focusing on Staff Augmentation and Resource placement.
- Achieve sales targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
- Create sales leads and initiate prospect calls.
- Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by internal or external sources.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client base.
- Carry out any duties assigned by the company or management.
Requirements
Must-have:
- At least 2 years of working experience in Staff/Talent Augmentation services.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service and communication with all levels of people.
- Possess hunter sales attributes to drive and close sales.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
