We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Services to lead infrastructure operations and ensure the organizations systems, networks, and platforms remain secure, stable, and highly available. This role involves managing infrastructure teams, overseeing operations, and supporting strategic IT initiatives aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team, including roster planning, task delegation, performance monitoring, and team coordination
• Ensure IT infrastructure services maintain optimal availability and performance for business operations and customers
• Manage IT procurement and budget controls while working with vendors to source and negotiate IT assets and services
• Maintain accurate IT inventory management and ensure lifecycle management for systems, software, and technology refresh initiatives
• Provide infrastructure support and consultation for technology projects and system implementations
• Ensure access management, patch management, and release management processes are performed regularly
• Collaborate with IT Security and internal audit teams to address cybersecurity risks and close audit findings
• Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve system stability, security, and operational productivity
• Perform proactive capacity planning and infrastructure performance monitoring
• Work with the Head of IT / CIO to align infrastructure strategies with organisational business goals
• Ensure data center services and uptime are properly monitored with external service providers
• Maintain and update IT operational procedures and documentation

What You Bring

Must-have:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered)
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure, storage, and network support 10–15 years of experience for candidates considered at Senior Manager level
• Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure operations and teams
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), RHEL Virtualization, and CentOS
• Experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, antivirus administration, and firewall management
• Experience with storage and backup solutions including SAN and NAS systems
• Hands-on experience supporting cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Tomcat, DMZ environments, Icinga, Zabbix, Privileged Access Management
• Exposure to brand protection monitoring, phishing awareness programs, and vulnerability assessment / penetration testing
