We are seeking an experienced ECC Plant Maintenance Consultant to support the transition to a modern ERP system while maintaining the stability of the legacy platform.

Responsibilities

• Ensure changes to implementations maximise synergy, savings, and benefits for the Group and OPCOs.
• Collaborate with other consultants to maintain a common data structure and definitions.
• Stay updated as the SAP PM-expert in plant maintenance.
• Inform line manager about status, plans, and improvements for support cases and projects.
• Ensure consulting work quality and efficiency, adhering to project assistance agreements.
• Follow Rockwool Group's procedures, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Technical bachelor's degree.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM.
• Strong understanding of business processes: Maintenance Planning, Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Management.
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and documentation skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience interacting with business and IT teams in Europe, Asia, and North America.
• Global implementation and shared services experience.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Xurrent, or similar tools.
• Experience with integration to other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO).
