We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Lead Generation Executive to support recruitment operations, manage ATS processes, assist with AI-driven recruitment platform workflows, and contribute to lead generation activities

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Manage candidate pipelines in Manatal, including stage updates, tagging, notes, and reporting
• Support the day-to-day operations of Opal, including QA of AI-scored candidate outputs and workflow improvements
• Research prospects, build lead lists, support outreach campaigns, and track follow-ups in CRM/Airtable

What You Bring 

Must-have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 0–12 months of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good written English and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and using tools such as Manatal, Airtable, and AI-based platforms
• Able to work independently in a small, fast-paced team

Nice-to-have:

• Exposure to recruitment, HR operations, lead generation, or administrative support
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, or ATS platforms
