We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive new business, manage key accounts, and ensure long-term customer success for cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure space.

Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Work closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and refine sales strategies.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Must-have:
-
Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry.

Proven track record selling into the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and/or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong mindset with high levels of ownership, consistency, and resilience.
Nice-to-have:

Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and/or cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, security certifications).
