ECC Senior SAP Quality Consultant

Our client operates globally with more than 12,000 employees across 40+ countries and 51 manufacturing facilities.

We are seeking an experienced ECC Senior SAP Quality Consultant to guide and drive the quality management strategy during the transition to a modern ERP solution.

Responsibilities

• Guide and drive the translation of business requirements into SAP QM solutions, ensuring best practices and strategic alignment.
• Lead prioritization of assigned tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee and ensure all support tasks are delivered under agreed SLA and at a high level of quality.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the SAP QM expert, staying ahead of system and market developments and recommending improvements.
• Keep line managers and stakeholders informed about status, plans, risks, and proposals for improvements.
• Ensure consulting work aligns with project assistance agreements and organizational objectives.
• Lead and complete agreed support tasks, projects, and responsibilities, driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Work in accordance with Rockwool Group's procedures, policies, and guidelines, with special attention to RockBis Policies, Informatics Guideline, Data Security Guideline, Principles of Leadership, and the Project Management Guideline.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Technical bachelor’s degree
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM)
• Minimum 4+ years of full-time working and proven hands-on experience in SAP QM, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Strong understanding and analysis skills of business processes: Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Audit Management, Nonconformance Management
• Demonstrated experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing teams
• Fluently communicating in English (verbally and writing) is a must, along with excellent presentation and documentation skills

Nice-to-have:

• Excellent in interacting with business and IT teams in Europe, Asia, and North America
• Global implementation and shared services experience
• Experience with JIRA, Xurrent, or comparable tools
• Experience with integration to other SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, SD)
• Experience in driving process improvement and change management
