We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Partnerships Manager. The ideal candidate must have strong RP background & build-to-rent to rent experience. This is an amazing opportunity to work directly for one Nottinghamshire's finest residential developers.

You will manage relationships from all known sources to deliver a business plan / maintain own contact network to achieve the required results and deliver your own deals & contributions to target. You will support the Land & Partnership Director/Head of Land & Partnerships in the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region, working with them to proactively source, manage and progress partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of the growth plan.

Main Responsibilities

    • Identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential partnership opportunities suitable for the business.
    • Lead and supervise, where appointed, on partnership agreements.
    • Take ownership of legal agreements and negotiations on partnership opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and sustained collaboration.
    • Develop relationships with partner organisations and other Keepmoat companies to advance scheme progress and explore additional opportunities.
    • Preparation and production of regular updates and reports as required by Land & Partnerships Director/Head of Land & Partnerships
    • Delivering consistent and exemplar standards for all project submissions
    • Supporting the achievement of market leading conversion performance
