We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of one of the market-leading Tech companies. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other C-Level executive members. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organises and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects.

Main Responsibilities
- Business Liaison: Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (C Level only).
- Event Management: Coordinate high-profile virtual and in-person events and meetings.
- Data & Information Management: Organise and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Communications: Oversee emails, calls, and other correspondence.
- Ad-hoc Executive Support: Signing arrangements, handling of corporate and legal documents
- Office Management: Ad-hoc office management and relocation tasks, streamlining and improving processes to ensure efficiency.
About You
- Administrative Support: 5+ years preferred as an EA, personal assistant, or in a senior administrative role supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
- Calendar Management: managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings (including across timezones).
- Travel Coordination: organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and producing itineraries.
- Event Planning: coordinating executive events, board meetings, team off-sites, or client events.
- Project Coordination: supporting project management or handling ad-hoc projects with tight deadlines.
- Confidentiality: ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Communication: Strong experience in drafting, proofreading, and managing professional correspondence and presentations.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with office management tools like Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams etc.
- Stakeholder Engagement: liaising with high-level internal and external stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.
