A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Partner / Senior Project Manager to join a growing consultancy in Oxford.

The role:

• Lead the delivery of complex multi-phase projects
• Build and strengthen client relationships
• Oversee programme management, contract administration, risk, cost control, and change management
• Manage utilities coordination and statutory approvals
• Support the growth and development of the wider team and office

About you:

• MRICS, MCIOB, APM or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong background in project delivery, ideally within infrastructure, highways, utilities, or large-scale residential schemes
• Experience working under NEC, ICC or JCT contracts
• Commercially aware, client-facing, and confident operating at senior level
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to be part of a growing office
