We're Hiring: Senior Procurement Specialist

Are you a procurement professional with a strong track record in sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization? We're looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic Fintech environment and drive efficient, compliant, and strategic procurement operations.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across Fintech business units, ensuring alignment with policies, budgets, and compliance standards. This role plays a key part in enabling operational excellence and supporting strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing and procurement processes (RFx, vendor selection, spend analysis)
- Support budgeting (CAPEX & OPEX) and cost optimization initiatives
- Manage supplier lifecycle (registration, qualification, performance)
- Compile cost comparisons, reports, and procurement insights
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global procurement teams
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management
- 4–6 years' experience in procurement across multiple categories
- Exposure to Fintech, Telecoms, or Technology sectors (advantageous)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across global or complex environments
- Certification with an associated Procurement or related body may be advantageous
