About the Role
Are you a heavy-hitting Process Architect who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution? We are seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for a high-impact, multi-faceted contract role.
Key Responsibilities
As a multi-faceted senior contractor, your day-to-day will span deep technical analysis and high-level stakeholder communication:
- Discover & Validate: Lead the elicitation and validation of complex, cross-functional business processes.
- Model & Simulate: Utilize advanced technical modelling tools to simulate "current state" (As-Is) and design optimal "future state" (To-Be) architectures.
- Analyse & Optimize: Conduct rigorous data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for strategic cost or efficiency gains.
- Document & Communicate: Translate highly technical process data into clear, strategic documentation and compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Align Strategy: Ensure all process engineering efforts directly support and drive the broader business outcomes and strategic goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Senior Expertise: A proven track record in a senior or lead capacity. Because this role is multi-faceted and autonomous, you must be comfortable hitting the ground running without handholding.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in process modelling methodologies and simulation tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0, ARIS, Signavio, Bizagi, or similar).
- Strategic Vision + Tactical Execution: The rare ability to zoom out to see the 10,000-foot strategic view and zoom in to execute granular technical modelling.
- The Card Advantage: Previous experience within the Cards and Payments domain (issuing, acquiring, switching, or loyalty) is highly advantageous and will move your application to the front of the line.
- Consultative Mindset: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence complex business outcomes.
