WE ARE HIRING: BPM / WORKFLOW SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg – Hybrid
Contract: 12 Months
Work Model: 3 Days Office | 2 Days Remote
We are looking for an experienced BPM / Workflow Software Developer to translate detailed designs into robust solutions through programming and configuration, while providing guidance and mentoring to other developers.
Key Requirements
5+ years' software development experience with:
- Java 11+
- Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Microservices
- JSON
5+ years' practical experience in Business Process Analysis.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda 7/8, including:
- BPMN / DMN modelling
- Workflow automation & orchestration
- Camunda Modeler
- External Task Workers
- Incident handling
- Deployment & monitoring
- Custom UI integration
Practical experience with Kafka / Confluent and event streaming, including publishing and consuming events.
Experience with Git and CI/CD, particularly Azure DevOps Pipelines.
2+ years' experience analysing processes and identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications & Certifications
